Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
12 dinner rolls
2 1/2 cups mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend, shredded
3 ounces deli-sliced ham, chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons maple syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Crack the eggs into large mixing bowl. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and whisk until the eggs are completely beaten.
Step 2
Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray it with nonstick spray. Pour the eggs into the hot skillet and scramble them by stirring them as they cook. Transfer the skillet from the heat once the eggs are fully cooked.
Step 3
Cut the dinner rolls open and place the bottoms on a baking sheet. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese blend over the bottom buns. Spoon the scrambled eggs evenly over the cheese layer on the buns. Sprinkle the chopped ham and the crumbled bacon on top of the eggs.
Step 4
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the bacon layer. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the bacon layer. Stir the melted butter and the maple syrup together and brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture. Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake until the cheese is completely melted and the buns are toasted, about 20-22 minutes.

Remove the foil and serve
