Just a short note to comment on your service call yesterday. We called at 7:15 am with no heat and a 3-month old granddaughter in the house. The technician arrived before 8 am and was done about 1.5 hours later. He found the problem, fixed it, had helpful suggestions for preventing a reoccurrence and solved another problem we had. As an added bonus: having the Premium Service Plan eliminated a lot of the "whys" and allowed the problem to be fixed quickly. The true test of a good company is not whether something goes wrong or not; it's about what the company does in response to something going wrong.
